Hopping Around Like the Easter Bunny

This has been quite the Easter! I am exhausted. But we made it.....special pacifier clip was used, linen monogrammed bib was ironed, you name it. Here are some momentos of the weekend.

This is a (sideways-sorry don't know how to correct)picture of us from our anniversary dinner at Vivace. We had a wonderful Italian dinner. Can't believe it's been 2 years!

She got a bumbo for Easter and loves it!

However, she is starting to get too interested in basketball so I am stragetically placing it away from the tv now! She has also decided this weekend that:

-the activity mat is not fun enough and she'd rather roll to each side and stare at her feet

-the swing isn't accomodating if she wants to use her left hand for everything

I am sure it is too soon to tell, but she might take after her grandmothers (and cousin Claire) and be a lefty:)
Here she is in her outfit Miss Elisabeth got her...one of my favorites. She'll be in this alot this summer. (there is a whale on the other side of the top)

Happy St. Patrick's Day

Since I have some Irish blood, feeling festive today:) Here are some new pictures.

We had a contest to see which of us could drink out of the bottle the fastest. (new parent amusement)

What a trip

We survived our week and a half trip back to Alabama in the car-whew! It wasn't too bad since our night sleep was undisturbed and the activity mat travels easily. We visited Florence, Birmingham and Mobile with stops in Gatlinburg and Spartanburg. It was so nice to see some of our friends and family and eat at our old restaurants. I just wish I had taken more pictures. Here is a sample of the ones I managed to take.
