Apologies to my city officials

Friday night I did some volunteer work with a friend who has also just moved here. Our jobs were to mark invitees off the list as they arrived at the Police Department Appreciation Banquet. I think we might have offended a few people by asking thier names....namely the Police Chief and Mayor. Oops!!

Meanwhile, we have 'baby gear' all over our apartment now and this is just the beginning I know. Our new favorite addition is the frog humidifier. We plugged it up to see how it worked and now we use it every night. I must say, he looks a little scary in the dark.

Our blog begins at 32 Weeks and counting.....

Things are getting more uncomfortable in the belly! We are definitely feeling like we are closer to the end. In our childbirth class on Monday we found out one of our fellow classmate couples was upstairs delivering! She was due in November, but that could definitely be us in one month. Wow!

This past week I (Judy) did a painting and we ordered the chair and ottoman so the the nursery is about done. In the off-chance that a BOY comes instead of a girl....we have a plan. Luckily most of my accessories are green for that reason:) But it will be a shock to the system at this point!

I promise the blog won't be all about the baby but right now it is a big part of our lives!
